Return / Cancellation Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by BFI. All returns must be in the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. If customers are not satified with the purchase of their gloves, they may return the item purchased within 15 days of the invoice date.

A 25% restocking fee and other restrictions may apply.
All shipping & handling charges are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customers are also responsible for all shipping charges and handling fees when orders are cancelled after they have been shipped.

Please ship back your returned items with a copy of your original “Invoice” and clearly include your return authorization number provided by BFI Products, Inc., which is visibly shown on the outside of the box. Make sure to insure your package with a tracking number.
